Consultation Options
A variety of consultative options are available to provide levels of support and guidance to meet your needs. All information is held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with other parties without your consent. From phone to online support, e-newsletters, private consultations, and reference materials, we offer support in achieving an improved level of self-care, marital, personal and/or spiritual well-being. To schedule a consultation or an event, complete the scheduling request. We will reply to your inquiry within 24 to 48 hours and schedule your initial phone consultation.
Five Primary Consultation Options:

4. Online consultation – (video or text chat)
5. Tele-seminars – (phone and/or online)
Phone and Online Consultation Services
Some clients live outside of our geographical area; have time constraints or very hectic schedules, which make it difficult for them to meet face to face consultation. To make consultations easier, we offer a phone/email consultation program.
Through our phone and email consultations you can consult privately regarding your self-care concerns. In addition to answering your most urgent questions, you will be given a detailed personal self-care assessment and guided through self-care concepts and tools used to achieve a greater level of overall well being and effectiveness. Phone and email clients receive a customized self-care program to help them achieve their personal goals.
Phone, online and face to face consultations are billed on an hourly basis with a one hour minimum.

Payment Options
We accept online payments via PayPal, VISA and MasterCard credit payments or checks (business checks only). The return check fee is $38. Check payments are made payable to: Rev. Altonnette D. Hawkins.
Payment Plans
Hourly or flat rate plans are available.
Hourly Rate
We strive to provide consultative services to meet your specific needs. Our hourly rate ranges between $35-125 per hour based upon the project or complexity of services offered.
For group events, we make every effort to stay within your budget. Special events like workshops, conferences and projects are negotiated on a case by case basis.
Minimum Rate
There is a minimum of one hour for hourly billed services.
Flat Rate Retainer Plans
Flat Rate Retainer Plans are available for clients who prefer to use our services on an ongoing basis without the accumulation of hourly fees. Retainer Plan clients have first priority over our other client billed plans and are renewed monthly. Payment must be received before work is started each month. If the client goes over the amount of hours set forth in the Retainer plan, the client will be billed at the regular hourly rate for the overage. If there are unused hours at the end of the month, they are forfeited and will NOT roll over. All Retainer services are discussed in advance and agreed upon by both parties. A rate quote taking into consideration the complexity of the services and amount of time required will be provided.
Contracts
Each contract agreement is customized to meet the need of the client. Each contract may include confidential information (all information is kept confidential).
Incidentals
Rates do not include incidentals such as postage, shipping costs, courier deliveries, copying and printing costs, phone charges, and travel expenses and mileage or any other related costs which is needed to perform services. Incidentals will be billed separately.
Immediate Attention Requests
All requests that require immediate attention (within 24 – 48 hours) and has not been prescheduled or occurs during a holiday weekend will be charged an additional 15-20% fee.
